Mr. Deegan graduated from Cleveland-Marshall College of Law (J.D., 2009), where he served as an Executive Editor of the Journal of Law & Health and Co-Editor in Chief of the school's newspaper, The Gavel. Additionally, he represented students as a senator on the school's Student Bar Association during his first two years of law school. Mr. Deegan was awarded the Student Leadership Scholar distinction as a result of his combined efforts. He also received CALI Excellence for the Future Awards in Contracts, Corporate Governance and Law & Economics. Mr. Deegan earned his undergraduate degree in Anthropology from Cleveland State University (B.A., 2005). Mr. Deegan is a member of the Ohio Council of School Board Attorneys, the Ohio State Bar Association and the Cleveland Metropolitan Bar Association.
