Title IX
We also help K-12 educational institutions to understand their obligations pursuant to Title IX, including the 2020 regulations. In his capacity we are available to counsel to Title IX Coordinators, Investigators and/or Decisionmakers, or serve as independent Title IX investigators or decisionmakers. We regularly advise boards of education on development of Title IX policies and guidelines and provide training associated with implementation of Title IX grievance procedures.
