Megan J. Bair joined the firm in 2011. Megan’s practice focuses on a variety of school law matters, including general labor and employment issues, labor disputes, board policy administration, personnel issues, and student legal issues. Megan also has experience litigating criminal and civil suits filed in both state and federal court, as well as assisting with charges filed with federal administrative agencies.
