Michael E Stinn has more than 25 years of experience as a civil litigator defending school boards and other public bodies, as well as their employees, sued in state and federal courts. Michael has tried many cases to a jury in counties throughout Ohio, in addition to arguing before the Ohio Supreme Court, several state courts of appeals, and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit. Michael also has extensive experience in probate court, as well as experience in ad valorem tax matters, appearing before numerous boards of revision and the Ohio Board of Tax Appeals. He received the highest rating, “AV,” through Martindale-Hubbell.
