October will be a month filled with hustle and bustle as Britton Smith Peters & Kalail gears up for the annual 2009 Ohio Schools Council Hotline Seminar on Monday, October 12, 2009 from 8:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. This year our attorneys will be speaking on current issues impacting students and employees including collective bargaining, discipline of disabled children and an update on recent case law and legislation.
