Paul Deegan primarily provides counsel to Ohio school boards regarding various labor and employment law matters, including claims for wrongful termination and employment discrimination. He represents his clients’ interests throughout litigation, at meetings with school personnel, in administrative hearings, and in court. Paul has experience successfully litigating suits filed in both state and federal court. He also advises clients on general school law matters and gives presentations on related topics.
